Lava Iris 50Q Plus: Top 10 Best Android Smartphones Rivals

Just a couple of days ago, India-based smartphone maker Lava launched its latest device dubbed as Iris 504Q+ in the domestic market. The mid-range device handset was launched at the price of Rs. 13,990 along with the free flip cover that puts the phone to sleep automatically when closed. The smartphone comes in two color variants viz Grey and Silver color.

Today, GizBot has come up with a number of rival handsets that would stand against the latest Lava Iris 504Q+. But before that take a look at the specs first. The smartphone comes with a 5-inch IPS display offering a HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels with OGS technology and Asahi Dragontrail glass protection.

It comes powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with Mali-400 MP2 GPU coupled with 1GB RAM and it runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) OS.

The best part of the device is the imagining capacity of the handset. Lava has used a 10MP rear camera with LED Flash and the snapper uses the Sony Exmor RS Sensor with 1.4 µm aperture. On the front there is a 2MP front-facing shooter as well sufficient enough to make video calls and take selfies.

Native storage capacity is rated at 8GB of which only 5.33 GB is user accessible and additionally it can be expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card.

However, connectivity options remain regular with the inclusion of 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, and of course there is a Dual SIM (GSM + GSM) support as well. Lastly the handset is powered by a 2000 mAh battery.
