Lava Xolo A700: Top 5 Dual SIM Android Smartphone Rivals Available in India

Following the launch of two budget dual SIM smartphones in India – Iris N320 and Iris N350, the Indian manufacturer Lava seems to be ready with a mid-range Android ICS dual SIM smartphone – Xolo A700.

The Facebook page of Lava Xolo has a teaser stating that the grand unveiling of the next Xolo smartphone is all set to happen soon. Also, Infibeam, an online retailer has listed the smartphone with 'Coming Soon' status.

According to the listing, Xolo A700 will feature a 4.5 inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display with 960 x 540 pixel resolution, 1GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6577 processor, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, 5MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, VGA front facing camera for video chatting, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage and expandable memory option up to 32GB via microSD card.

Further, the handset will come packed with connectivity features including 3G HSPA 7.2Mbps, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v2.1, aGPS and micro USB 2.0 and will be loaded with a 1,700 mAh battery. Also, the handset will support dual SIM feature (3G + 2G).
