Lenovo RocStar Launched with Android KitKat, Dolby Digital Plus at Rs 6,499

The festive season is curently at its fullest with Diwali not so far off. And in spirit of the festival season, and to spice up things a bit, Lenovo has officially launched its brand new RocStar - a new music smartphone addition to its popular A series smartphones.

First thing first, the new new Lenovo RocStar comes with Dolby Digital Plus to offer crystal clear audio and an uncompromised music listening experience. It further packs-a-punch with the superior quality earphones that offers better quality sound than standard in-box earphones.

Lenovo RocStar Launched with Android KitKat at Rs 6,499

Going by the details of the handset, the new Lenovo RocStar comes with dimensions of 63.8mm x 10.2mm x 123.5mm. It offers a 4-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen and is run on the latest Android KitKat.

The handset offers 512MB of RAM with 4GB of internal storage. It is backed by a MT6572 dual core 1.3GHz CPU. The handset offers a rear primary 5MP fixed-focus camera while there's also a 2MP front facing snapper. The device also has a 1500mAh battery inside that's also replaceable.

The Lenovo RocStar also comes bundled with the Guvera music app that lets you search instantly from over 10 million songs with unlimited streaming and create playlists that you can share with your friends.

Priced at Rs. 6,499 the Lenovo RocStar will be available in black, white and red colour variants. It will be available at thedostore.com, across 1,400 Lenovo exclusive stores and all leading telecom outlets.
