Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro Hands On and First Look: Processor and Connectivity
The Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro offers a quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 CPU with Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801 chipset. The handset offers 32GB of internal storage while it is supported by 3GB of RAM. And accordingly, the makers have felt its better to leave out an external microSD slot.

So on an average, the processor seems better than that of the previously released and massively popular Nexus 5. While both the handsets offer quad core processors, it's the clock speed that we are talking about here. And the Nexus 5's clock speed is set at 2.3 GHz.

While we wait for the final results via benchmarking scores (we have a feeling they will be massive, fingers crossed!), it can be said that the smartphone will indeed support a host of apps and games without ever breaking out into a sweat.

Quad cores processors have shown what they are capable of in the past. Not only do they run the phone effectively, it also supports almost everything that's featured in the Google Play store. And the Vibe Z2 Pro also falls in the same category.

In terms of connectivity, the handset offers Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual band, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB v2.0. And everything else you might expect from new age handsets.
