LG G Flex Smartphone With Curved Display Leaked Online

By Vivek

Smartphones with curved or flexible display have already been rumored for a long time now. The recent announcement of handsets like the Samsung Galaxy Round and LG G Flex have made the geeks and tech community quite excited.

When it comes to LG's G Flex, the handset has recently surfaced online in the form of several pictures. According to The Verge, Argentinian Website Telefe Noticias somehow got hold of a LG G Flex unit and went on to post a hands-on video of the device. Not only that but Federico Ini, a technology journalist with Telefe Noticias, has also posted a couple of images of the phone on his Twitter account.

So far, there has hardly been any information on the specs of the device but Ini has reportedly confirmed a 6-inch display of the handset. Further, the report also suggests that the device would be released next month in South Korea but there is no information about whether the device would be released in other markets. Adding to this information, the tech journalist has also revealed a 13MP rear camera on the device.

Previously the tech world has seen the curved OLED display of the device in images that were leaked a couple of days ago. Apart from that, this is the second leak that comes with substantial information.

However, unlike Samsung's Galaxy Round which is curved from side to side, LG's G Flex is cruved from top to bottom, meaning that the phone is slightly arched when viewed from its side. At the moment, the only specifications that have been revealed are the 13 MP camera and the 6 inch Curved display of the device.
