LG G3 D-850 Might Come with Octa-Core MediaTek CPU: QHD Display Confirmed
This year has been a remarkable one for the smartphone lovers as most of the best devices so far have already been announced like the Sony Xperia Z2 and the highly awaited Galaxy S5 handset from Samsung. Apart from these, the other two which most of the users are awaiting is the HTC's New One and LG's G3 smartphone.

All these smartphone are powered by Android OS and information to the unannounced LG G3 has started percolating to the web world. The handset is supposed to bear at least three codenames viz. AT&T's LG D-850, D-851, and Verizon's VS985.
The latest leaked graphics benchmark screenshot lists an MT6595 being used in the device which means that the device will be powered by a MediaTek processor. This octa-core processor has four powerful 2.2-2.5 GHz Cortex-A17 cores, and four 1.7 GHz Cortex-A7 ones for the everyday tasks, all paired with a fast Rogue PowerVR Series6 GPU.
On the contrary, the D-850 version of the handset was already spotted on LG's website with a 1560 x 2440 pixels QHD display. It is reportedly said that the display would measure 5.5 inch diagonally and would churn out 538ppi pixel density. There is hardly any other details on the specs of the device but Snapdragon 801 processor can be expected in this model with 13MP OIS Plus rear camera.
