LG G3 Screenshot Leaked Online Touting Flatter Icons

South Korea-based top tier smartphone maker LG has already announced a number of devices at the International Mobile World Congress 2014, held back in February. The flagship device this year is in fact suppose to be the G Pro 2. But the latest news coming from the dutch site lgg3kopen hints something more from LG.

To be precise the site posted a screenshot of a device which could possibly be the LG G3, another flagship model that LG was rumored to come up with this year. However, it's just a screenshot of the device and not much information can be drawn out of it.

But speculations made by fans and tech savvy individuals relating to the specs can't be avoided at the same time. Thus culminating all the rumors available about the device so far, the LG G3 might be released with featuring a 5.5-inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 1440x2560 pixels. The device will likely be water resistant and dustproof. The camera might be a 13MP sensor with optical image stabilization, but that is not certain.

Moreover, rumors are that quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 CPU will most likely power the handset and if now, MediaTek's octa-core is the other option. The design profile of the device could possibly be taken from the predecessor G2. In terms of UI, the app icons look a little more flat, which would follow a trend set by Apple and Samsung. Thus there could possibly be a major UI tweak this time around.
