LG G3 Stylus Now Available Online For Rs 19,990: Top 5 Big Screen Smartphone Rivals
With the Android-powered G3 flagship smartphone now available onto market, LG is looking for new ways to make a positive impression in the mid-end category. That's why the company has just launched its new mid-ranger, the G3 Stylus, in India.
The mid-range handset, which was originally launched ahead of IFA 2014, is now available in India at a price of Rs. 19,000. Although LG has fixed the retail price of the G3 Stylus at Rs. 21,500, but users can buy the device under Rs. 20,000 via Flipkart.
The LG G3 Stylus is a new variant of the original G3 flagship handset. The device seems to go neck-to-neck with Samsung's Galaxy Note series - but with a lower price tag.
The G3 Stylus comes with a 5.5-inch screen as the flagship G3, though it now has a low resolution screen (960 x 540). Under the hood is a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of native storage, which further can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot.
The big screen phone also houses a 13-megapixels rear-facing camera as its bigger brother, but the front-facing camera is now reduced to 1.3-megapixels -- down from 2.1-megapixels on the G3 smartphone.
The device runs on Android 4.4 (Kitkat) with LG's premium UX features. The most striking and important feature of the G3 Stylus is its proprietary stylus pen that slides inside the device. Notably, the stylus is compatible with a number of third-party handwriting and drawing apps.
The handset offers an array number of connectivity options: NFC, 3G/2G/ Dual-SIM/ Single-SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS among others.
Meanwhile, we've made a list of top 5 big screen ‘phablets' that will perhaps undercut the LG G3 Stylus. Stay tuned to GizBot for more updates!
