LG Optimus F5 Finally Ready To Roar While Optimus GK Lands in South Korea

After America, its Europe's turn to get 4G enabled handsets. LG, the South Korean giant finally released its much awaited 4G smartphone - Optimus F5, in France. Other regions including South and Central America, Eastern Europe and Asia including India should get the device in the coming days.

The LG Optimus F5 was announced earlier this year at MWC 2013.The device is primarily targeted at 4G LTE enabled nations. Many European as well as Latin Americans should get the Optimus F5 earlier than other nations.

Specifications wise, the Optimus F5 packs a 4.3-inch IPS qHD display with resolution of 960 X 540 pixels, 1.2 -GH z Dual Core processor, Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a 5-mega pixel rear facing camera, 1.3-mega pixel front facing camera, 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, expandable storage, Bluetooth, A-GPS, and 2,150mAh Li Ion battery fitted inside. The Optimus F5 boasts some of the unique features such as QSlide and Live Zooming.

LG also announced low-to-mid level handsets at MWC 2013 along with Optimus F5. The LG Optimus L3 2 and Optimus L7 II have been recently launched in the Indian market. The LG Optimus L3 2 is a low-end handset packing a 3.2-inch IPS LCD display with resolution of 240 x 320 pixel , 1-GHz processor, a 5-mega pixel rear camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, expandable storage up to 32GB via microSD card, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Dual SIM , A-GPS and 1,540 mAh battery fitted inside. The device can be yours for Rs. 8800.

The LG Optimus L7 2 is a modest handset with better specs compared to low end Optimus L3 2. The devices packs a 4.7 inch IPS LCD display with 480 x 800 pixel resolution, 1-GHz Dual Core Cortex A5 processor, 768MB RAM, 4GB internal storage( expandable), an 8 mega pixel rear camera, VGA quality front facing camera, Dual SIM Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth and 2,460 mAh battery fitted inside. The device retails for Rs. 18,650.

In other news, global leader in mobile telephony business, LG, announces the Optimus GK. As of now, its release date is limited to South Korea only. It is lot like the Optimus G Pro, but packaged in a smaller chassis.

The device has a 5-inch 1080p Full HD display , 1.7-GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 Quad Core processor , 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, a 13-mega pixel rear camera, a 2-mega pixel front facing camera, Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean , and 3,100mAh Li Ion battery fitted inside. As far as pricing is concerned, it is yet to be communicated by LG. Whether device gets global debut is still a question.
