LG Prada K2 and HTC Titan

LG Prada K2 and HTC Titan are very compact and light weight smart phones when compared with the other models. HTC Titan has dimensions of 131.5 mm x 70.7 mm x 9.9 mm. The over all weight of the device is 160gm. LG Prada has thickness of only 8.8 mm. This makes it an ultra slim smart phone.

Being so compact increases the ease of carrying it around. Since it does not weigh much, the device is literally very light in the pocket. They both come in a candy bar design. Since both the manufactures are known for their very innovative design philosophy these phones too does not make an exception. The design follows the contemporary styling of being modern and trendy.

HTC Titan has S- LCD capacitive touch screen display and it packs in a screen resolution of about 480 x 800 pixels. The screen size is about 4.7 inches and packs in about 16 million colors. Pixel density is at 199 pixels per inch. LG Prada has a 4.3 inch display and packs in a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The pixel density is about 217 pixels per inch. It is also IPS LCD capacitive touch screen type.

Both the phones have dual cameras. The main camera in the phones is of 8 mega pixels. This enables the user to take pictures with up to 3264 x 2448 pixel clarity. The cameras also features auto focus functions and have an integrated flash too. This comes in very handy especially when taking pictures in low light condition. The cameras also have video recording capabilities.

Videos with up to 720 p clarity can be recorded. The secondary camera is placed at the front at the top. The phones both have secondary camera having a resolution of 1.3 mega pixels. This is more than sufficient quality for making video calls.

HTC Titan has a Scorpion processor and features a Qualcomm MSM 8255 chipset. The processor works in a clock speed of 1.5GHz. The graphics processing unit in it is Adreno 205. There is no information in the processor that will be in LG Prada K2. HTC Titan has an internal storage space of 16 GB. Also the system memory in the device is 512 MB. There is no option to increase the external memory.

In LG Prada there is a 16 GB internal memory along with additional option to increase the external memory. It can be increased by means of memory cards and microSD memory cards of up to 32GB are supported by the phone. This gives the user a lot of space to play around with.

HTC Titan runs using Microsoft Windows Mango 7.5 operating system where as LG Prada is an android device and has Android Gingerbread operating system. Both the phones are powered by Lithium-ion batteries.

HTC’s battery capacity is 1600mAh and provides the phone with up to 360 hours on 2G and 460 hours on 3G stand by time. Also the talk time is 11h and 50 minutes in 2G and up to 6 hour 50 minutes in 3G. There are a lot of connectivity options available too including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. LG Prada K2 and HTC Titan price in India is not yet announced.
