LG To Release G3 Stylus Successor Soon?

With the LG G3 having, surprisingly, performed way beyond expectations, new rumours have now started to point towards its successor, which could be launched at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in early March.

It's also being suggested that LG will include a working stylus to help it to compete against the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, a popular handset amongst the business community.

LG To Release G3 Stylus Successor Soon?

Now, according to a published report, LG has apparently dropped the idea of producing the G4 with a stylus. Instead, LG is likely to launch the successor of the G3 Stylus.

Reportedly, a LG device carrying the model number LG-H631 was spotted in a leaked document, codenamed as P1S. Apparently, it comes with a display of 1280×720 pixel resolution. If rumours are to be believed, the LG-H810 which is said to be the AT & T Variant of the G4. It is thus possible that the LG H631 is the model number for the LG G4 Stylus.

Again, the purported "G4 Stylus" could the next-generation G3 Stylus with enhanced specifications. Notably, the G4 Stylus is going to be a mid-end handset designed to woo buyers residing in emerging markets, such as India and Brazil.

LG recently filed trademarks application for the "G4 Stylus" name at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, notes MyLGPhones.com.

While these reports aren't exactly confirmed, they do further corroborate some of the more persistent rumours we've been hearing.
