While the company has not yet made any clear announcement regarding its foray into India, its recent tweet and Facebook post hinted at the company's India debut on May 18.

Meizu is likely to bring in its 'M1 Note' that sports a 5.5-inch display, 2GB RAM and runs on Android KitKat with its proprietary Flyme 4 skin. The phone has a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera along with 3,140 mAh battery.
The image tweeted by the company from its @Meizu_India Twitter account says, "We've heard you and here is the date. #0518".
The image in the tweet, however, foucses on the same meaning, but it also takes a go at rival Xiaomi with the words "Are You ok?" These words uttered by Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun had generated much online amusement.

The Meizu Mi Note is reminiscent of the iPhone 5c and comes in similar shades. It was back in March when Meizu had set up its India Twitter account and also posted its first tweet teasing its India arrival.
