Dimensions & Weight: A90S Pixel has a dimension and weight of 127.2 x 66.8 x 9.8 mmand 118 grams respectively while Lumia 510, the relatively thicker and heavier handset has a dimension of 120.7 x 64.9 x 11.5 mm and weighs in at 129 grams.

Display:In this segment, A90S houses a large 4.3 inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, whereas, Lumia 510 has a 4 inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display with the same resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.

Storage:In terms of storage, both the handsets have 4GB of internal storage, however, A90S comes with 512MB RAM and Lumia 510 has 256MB RAM respectively. Moreover, the Micromax offering has a micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB.

Further, though the Nokia offering misses an external micro SD card slot supporting expandable storage, Nokia offers 7GB SkyDrive cloud storage free for its users.

Connectivity: In terms of connectivity, both the handsets offer Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, 3G and micro USB 2.0 features.

Battery:A90S Pixel is equipped with a 1,600 mAh Li-ion battery delivering 5 hours talk time and 174 hours standby, whereas, Lumia 510 is loaded with a 1,300 mAh BP-3L battery delivering 6.2 hours talk time and 653 hours standby.

Price: A90S is priced at Rs 12,990 and Lumia 510 is priced at Rs 11,000 respectively in order to survive in the competitive Indian market.

Detailing on the Micromax offering, the handset is preloaded applications including Facebook, Google Play store and Micromax’s instant messaging app – Hook Up.

At the same time, Nokia Lumia 510 comes with a collection of preloaded apps including Nokia Maps, Nokia Transport and Nokia Drive navigation apps. Also, Nokia is offering bundling three-months of unlimited Nokia Music and Nokia MixRadio subscription with the smartphone.

Consumers interested in buying a lightweight handset with a larger display, faster dual core processor, dual SIM support, better rear camera, front camera for video calling and expandable storage options can opt for Micromax A90S Pixel.

If the concern is on a relatively lesser price tag, better battery backup and free cloud storage services, Lumia 510 is a better choice.
