There's just one day left for Micromax to announce Canvas 4. On June 28, the India tech vendor will start taking pre-order for its much hyped phone. This afternoon, the makers behind A116 Canvas HD once again tried to glorify their upcoming phone. What? Micromax left consumers guessing about its so-called futuristic smartphone. Their new teaser on Facebook and Twitter will keep you pre-occupied until June 28. That's right, leaving no choice in front of you.
The update goes like this "CAN unlock without touch? Prebooking starts tomorrow". Alongside, you will see an image of a woman blowing air towards unlocked screen. The post says "Don't Slide to unlock ". This could mean that the Micromax Canvas 4 have some kind of relation to Air Gestures. The Samsung Galaxy S4 is the first mainstream phone with built in advanced gesture controlled features.
Recently, NCR based Lava International has launched Iris 504q. The smartphone can be operated through its front facing camera. Now days it is common to see tech vendors going for this feature. Whether you name Air Gestures or Gesture motion control; the reality remains the same - You still need to use your fingers to type and operate your handset. We spent some time with Lava Iris 504q and to be frank many a times it felt that why these companies are making so fuss about gesture control.
Again and again, the Canvas 4 was caught red handed in different pose. The clear picture of Micromax Canvas 4 came, when our trusty source @MMXNewscaster shared some reliable information about the device. The White variant of the device is also planned apart from regular Black colored one. There will be no home button on the front panel. The rear back camera is said to be a 13-mega pixel shooter. Contrary to the past reports, the handset is still made from plastic. However, Micromax tried to give silver finish around the edges. The handset looks ultra sleek with glossy chamfered edges. Remember iPhone 5?
Other features include ( still rumored ): a 5-inch 1080p Full HD display, Octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory ( expandable via microSD card), Dual SIM, Wi-Fi, 3G, miniUSB 2.0, Bluetooth , and a 3,000mAh Li Ion battery. Micromax will start taking pre-orders from Tomorrow. Are you buying Canvas 4? Share your views about the device with us via Facebook and Twitter.
