Blow To Unlock
Just blow at the phone and it unlocks.
Multiple Video Watching
Now you will be able to watch multiple videos on the screen, sort of like a split screen feature.
Suppose you are watching a movie and you get a message, now you can pin the video on the screen, while you reply. Meaning, you can keep watching the video on top of the screen while you reply to a message.
4 Way Panorama
The phone allows you to not only take a horizontal panoramic image, but also vertical ones. For example, you need to take an image of the Eiffel Tower, you can drag your phone from bottom to the top to capture the entire tower.
Look Away Pause
Similar to the Samsung Galaxy S4 feature - when you are watching a movie and you turn away from the screen, the video automatically pauses.
Canvas 4 will come pre-loaded with multiple apps including M! Security, Hike , Spuul, Game hub, M! Live and more.
The phone can take a series of 99 images in a period of 15 seconds and the best picture among them can be selected.
Glove Touch and Transparent Cover
The smartphone's touchscreen responds to touch even when you are wearing gloves.
Canvas 4 will be available in Pristine White and Smoky Grey color variant, as a part of introductory offer, Micromax Canvas 4 will also come along with free Aluminum Flip cover with Surface Touch technology worth Rs 2,999. The best part of this cover is you can operate the smartphone with the cover on instead of flipping it apart.
Suppose you get a call, you can mute the phone by just pointing the display down or you can attend the call by just placing the phone near your ear. Once the call is picked up, you can point phone down once again to enable speaker phone.
Also, you can just go to a contact and just place the phone near your ear and the phone automatically calls the contact.
Once an image is taken multiple effects can be added to it via various filters. Also the company says, the front camera allows you to take self portraits and enhance them, to make you look younger.
