Micromax may not be that big a name globally, but it has quite the fan following in India. Apart from the fact that the company has reached out to users based in Romania and Russia, it has already become a major thing to come out of India.
The handset maker is always in news owing to the fact that it keeps releasing handsets at a budget price every now and then. However, our newest focus is on the Micromax Canvas 4 Plus A315 which isn't necessarily in the budget category.
However, it is surprising to see that the device has already started selling via online retailer Infibeam at the price of Rs. 16,999. The online retailer mentions Blue variant available at the moment.
Going through the handset's specs one more time, the Micromax A 315 Canvas 4 Plus comes with a 5 inch AMOLED screen supporting 1280 x 720 pixels resolution.
It is powered by a MediaTek Octa core processor clocked at 1.7GHz with Mali 450 MP GPU. It also uses 1GB of RAM for multi tasking purpose. It runs on Android v4.4. (KitKat).
Imaging aspect of the handset is taken care by 13MP auto focus rear camera (with flash) and a 5MP front camera. Camera feature include Auto Focus, Flash Support, Pre-loaded Visual Effects, Face Beauty, Live Photo, HDR, Auto Gesture, Panorama, Sony Image Sensor, Image Stabilization Mode.
The handset comes with a 16GB built in storage. The site doesn't mention the presence of a microSD card slot. Connectivity options include 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. Also the Micromax A315 comes with dual SIM slots a micro SIM and a normal SIM.
