Micromax Unite 2 Review: Processor and Benchmark
The Micromax Unite 2 comes powered by MediaTek's MT6582M quad-core chipset and 1GB of RAM. And at that price point, these specs look for than fitting for a device of this calibre.
So to be more precise on the specs, doing a recap, the Micromax Unite 2 is a Mediatek MT6582 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, with an integrated Mali 400MP2 graphics processing unit. The phone has 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, of which only around 890MB is free for users.
While those are big numbers to deal with, does the device actually deliver as expected in real life? Well, you will be happy to know that it actually does. You won't find a single delay to complain about as the phone will move past a whole lot of apps and games installed on your handset.
The best way to check the device's overall processing capability is via playing a number of hard hitting games that require the processor to sweat it out to provide the best output.
However, it didn't seem like the Unite 2 is sweating it out too much while playing titles such as Subway Surfer or Real Racing 3 since all that came to it naturally. Although a tiny bit of lag was noticed here and there, but isn't that big a deal.
Anyway, you won't find much problems dealing with the system inside the Unite 2. Moreover, it will be enough for you for conducting all your daily work that you need to conduct via a smartphone.
