Microsoft Now Owns PureView, Lumia and ClearBlack Brand Names
Microsoft may have purchased Nokia Devices and Services, but we were still unsure as to what the company might be doing with certain Nokia-made brands. Now it seems like a solution has been achieved.
After Microsoft bought Nokia and made it into Microsoft Mobile, there were questions whether Microsoft will gain those Nokia trademarks or not. Now, all the big name brands such as PureView, Lumia, Asha, ClearBlack, Surge and Mural have finally been added to Microsoft's own list.

As of now, it's not known what Microsoft plans to do with those trademarks. If it will continue using the PureView name for camera-centric Lumias, or if it will keep on making Ashas in Nokia's name, is yet to be seen.
Also, there might be a chance that the company will use Nokia's low-reflective ClearBlack tech on future displays. But all that remians to unfold.

All six trademarks now belong to Microsoft Mobile Oy, a name that Microsoft chose for the division that contains Nokia Services and Devices.
