Microsoft Reportedly Working on Two Flagships Devices [Report]

After the launch of some mid-range devices, the Redmond giant is reportedly working on higher-end offerings for the future. The so-called Lumia 940 and Lumia 940XL, is expected to sport a 5-inch and 5.7-inch respectively.

Apart from the screen size, everything is almost identical, which is 24-25 MP rear camera, a 5 MP (or higher-res) front snapper and native pen support.

According to the report, these devices will be running on Windows 10 OS out of the box and expected to have hexa-core and octa-core CPUs.

As of now we dont have enough information about the device, but they may also get some interesting-sounding features such as 3D interaction and iris scanning.

On the other hand, it is reported that the Lumia 830 successor is also in work, which is expected to come with 13 to 14 MP PureView main camera, a 5 MP front-facing unit, a screen around 5 inches in size, and a better processor compared to the Lumia 830.

Another tentative smartphone called Lumia 740XL is also seems to be in work with a 5.5" or 5.7" display, and similar cameras to the aforementioned Lumia 840 but sans PureView branding.
