Moto X seems to be one slippery handset after all, as it has slipped yet again into online world showing its another unique feature called "Magic Glass". It is obvious by now, that almost 70 to 80% of the handset has been known by many. Just yesterday GizBot reported the roundup of the same device and here it comes again ahead of its official launch which is due tomorrow (August 1).
However, this time the previously mentioned Magic Glass has actually appeared live. Thanks to the guys at fanaticfone who have posted it. The motive of the Magic glass is said to deal with the maintenance of the continuity of the texture of the device throughout. In other words, there would not be a layer of Gorilla Glass attached evenly to not only the screen but the entire handset making it a flawless uni-textured device. Even the gap between the glass to edge is reduced to the minimal.
Perhaps, this update adds yet another interesting aspect to the already fascinating device that most have been waiting to see. Moreover, lets have a refreshing look the specs of the handset known so far through the leaks and rumors.
Moto X will be powered by a dual-core Qualcomm S4 Pro MSM8960DT processor clocked to 1.7GHz and would come with an Adreno 320 GPU and X8 chip. The smartphone will also be supported by 2GB RAM. The handset is said to come with a 4.7 inch display without on-screen buttons offering 720x1184 pixels resolution. According to the pictures, Moto X will come with a 10.5MP rear camera with flash and a 2.1MP front-facing camera. Also confirmed by the FCC documents, it will feature 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi. The handset is also said to run on Android 4.2.2. The smartphone would also come with a16GB internal memory, 12GB of which is user-accessible and NFC support. Eventually, there is a 2,200 mAh non-removable battery confirmed by FCC docs. The handset is said to come without the microSD card slot.
To mention the perks that comes in terms of features, it has got an incredible voice listening and responsive feature, and gesture oriented camera feature and features like data shifting from one handset to another, inbuilt mobile tracking and more.
Moreover, since the device from Google and Motorola will be officially announced tomorrow, there is no need to worry about the handset in terms of price and availability. However, last time it was reported to come in a lower price of less than $200 (approx. Rs. 12,126).
