The deep critic reviews of Motorola Android mobile handset, Droid Razr got the attention of Motorola and they seem to have decided to rectify all downsides, including the battery efficiency. Reportedly, the new version of Motorola Razr is soon to be released and the news is spreading faster than forest fires. The new version of the Razr is named as the Motorola Droid RAZR Max.

According to some reports from a few reliable sources, even Verizon has confirmed that a new version of Droid RAZR is coming out which reportedly features great battery efficiency offering better and very long battery life than its predecessor.

Only a little information is there about the Droid RAZR Max and quite a few specifications have been assumed but none of the specs information has been confirmed. According to a leaked EXIF image data, the RAZR Max seems to have:

• A max aperture of 3.0

• 1800 units of Flash energy

• Digital Zoom ratio of 1.0000153

• Light source – 2

•   A4.5 inch monstrous Super AMOLED touchscreen display

•   Ascreen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels

• A superb 13 Megapixel camera.

Another speculation is that besides the larger and better battery, the Motorola Droid Razr Max will have a 720p HD display so as to rival Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus. Reportedly, the Droid Razr Max is thicker. The old Droid Razr had a pretty underwhelming display screen. And it would be obvious if Motorola decides to equip the Razr Max with a better, cooler display.

Unconfirmed reports argue that the Motorola Razr Max is actually Motorola XT928, a new smartphone on its way to the markets in China. The reason for this statement is quite obvious when you get a look at the XT928. This phone is like a meatier version of the Droid Razr with 4.5 inch monstrous Super AMOLED touchscreen display and superb 13 Megapixel camera.

With facts making it clear that, with Verizon involved, the new Droid Razr Max will probably be running in the Google’s Android Operating system. It is still unconfirmed if Motorola would go so far as to change the hardware specifications of this device so as to make it faster up to the likes of Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Nokia Lumia 800, iPhone 4S etc.

The release date, the price details etc are yet to be made public. Even with the speculations and a few reports, the Droid Razr Max is considered a high end smartphone with a potential to topple the market.
