Motorola Moto E - Processor

Under the hood, you'll find a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, Adreno 302 400MHz single-core GPU, coupled with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, which can be later expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.

In a brief time spent with the device it is rather difficult to draw any conclusions about the performance, but it seemed above average.

Motorola Moto E - Operating System

The Motorola Moto E runs Android 4.4 Kitkat out-of-the box. Priced at Rs. 6,999, the Moto E will be the first handset from an International vendor to be powered by Android 4.4.2 Kitkat.

At the same time, Motorola added that the device will be compatible with next version of Google's Android OS. With the Moto G, Motorola isn't adding its own custom layer, without adding any clutter to the OS.

Motorola has tweaked the OS by adding its own native apps without messing up with the OS. The camera app has been tweaked a little bit.

The company has added some enriching features such as Moto Migrate, which help you move content to your new device.
