Motorola Moto E: Processor and Benchmark
The Moto E has a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor, 1GB of RAM and an Adreno 302 GPU at its disposal, so it's anyway not that great that offering. And although we have this nibbling thing behind our mind that things could have been much better inside the hood, we haven't been overtly dissapointed in what we saw for the Moto E.
Anyway, we found that swiping between home screens was smooth enough, with the touchscreen also being quite responsive, although sometimes we did had wait a bit for an app to launch. And going by the kind of age we are in, even a few seconds wait could actually turn out to be a deal breaker.
As far as a benchmark for the device is concerned, the Moto E may not have scores as that of other major devices in the market. But going by its price tag and the kind of specifications the device has to offer, it's only natural that the device will get featured behind the likes of Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S3.
Basically, if you be judging Moto E by the kind of benchmark scores it might offer, then you are up for one long and worried summer. So take our advice and turn that Benchmark app off for the time being.
