Very honestly, we aren't expecting anything different in terms of device display when the new Moto X+1 is considered. However, if reports are anything to go by, then we just might see the new Motorola handset becoming the first one in line to arrive with a superb 1080p display. For the sake of comparison, both the Moto X and Moto G handsets offer 720p display.

The big question here is whether the handset will offer a Snapdragon 800 or Snapdragon 801 processor underneath. Going by the information shared via GFXBench, it has been claimed that that the new handset, called XT1097, will have core clock speed at 2.5GHz. This has suggested the presence of Snapdragon 801 inside. However, we are expecting the similar Snapdragon 800 inside.

Take this with a pinch of salt, but the aforementioned specs for the handset, although waiting to be finalized, have offered a glimpse on how exactly the new handset could turn out to be. The rumored specs for the same have pointed toward a 5.2-inch display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution, Android 4.4.3, a Snapdragon 800 CPU, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. The camera is listed as having a 12MP sensor, with the device also shipping with a built-in pedometer.
