Motorola Unveils Droid Razr HD alongside Droid Razr Maxx HD and Droid Razr M

Measuring 131.9 x 67.9 x 8.4 mm and weighing 146 grams, Razr HD sports a 4.7 inch edge-to-edge Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The handsets has an 8MP rear camera, Qualcomm chipset, dual core Krait processor, Adreno 225 GPU, 1GB RAM, 16GB onboard memory and micro SD card slot supporting expandable memory.

Further, the handset supports 4G LTE networks, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and is equipped with a 2,500 mAh Li-ion battery, which offers 24 hours performance.

Droid Razr HD runs on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich, but it will get the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS, which will be rolled out in Q4.
