Motorola Droid Razr M
Finally, the Droid Razr M is the smallest of the trio measuring 22.5 x 60.9 x 8.3 mm and weighing 126 grams. The handset packs a 4.3 inch qHD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels.
Further, the Razr M is equipped with an 8MP rear camera, 1.5GHz dual core Krait processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset, 8GB internal memory, 1GB RAM, a micro SD card slot supporting 32GB expandable memory and a 2,000 mAh Li-ion battery.
