- OnePlus 6 vs Apple iPhone X vs Samsung Galaxy S9+: The real flagship war
Apple recently unveiled their iPhone 6S Plus at the event at San Francisco, two day back. With the near same design the iPhone 6S Plus might not attract eyeballs but Apple seems to be pretty confident about their flagship. But again we know that, bragging about their device is a typical Apple phenomenon.
However it seems like Apple engineers have indeed done some cool stuff under the hood. A number of groundbreaking innovations make the iPhone 6S Plus one of the highly sought after devices in the country.
But your obvious question would be, is its better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5? Some iPhone fan boys out there might be already shouting out saying, "Yes definitely. How come this question arise on the first place?" So without getting more into the quarrel lets state some facts which truly make the iPhone stand out in terms of innovations and utilities.
Design is so typically iPhone but without the Bendgate!
The iPhone 6S looks nearly similar to the existing iPhone, but Apple claims to have used improved Aluminum casing this time around. In fact they look and sound rather determined to shed the Bendgate image.
With the Bendgate issue now sorted out it won't be farfetched to say that the iPhone 6S Plus is one of the most premium looking devices around.
Force Touch! Can the Note5 counts Newton applied the screen?
Apple fondly called their implementation of the Force Touch Display as 3D Touch. This is something unique and can't be found on the Galaxy Note5. The features isn't gimmicky though and seems to work just as it is supposed to.
Tapping on the screen with various degree force, makes users navigate around and do a number of intuitive stuffs. It not only makes work hassle free on the device but also fun to use.
‘Display Flash’! Intuitive thinking by Apple engineers
With the new implementation of the front flash, the Apple engineers did some phenomenal stuffs. The display on the front of the iPhone goes brighter by 3X times while shooting a selfie, thereby acting as a Front Flash. The new technology not only helped Apple to win a few laurels, but also helped the Cupertino giants save some space on the inside, which resulted in the thinness of the device.
Further the flash isn't excessively strong enough to make the images look unnatural. Rather it precisely does what it tries too.
2X Faster Touch ID. Did Apple pull of a Usain Bolt?
Apple already had a seemingly fast Touch ID on iPhone 6. In fact that was the fastest around. But Cupertino giant were hell bent on making a change. Hence the new iPhone now comes with a Touch ID which is seemingly 2 times faster than its previous gen.
Apple has also improved on the Networking components too. And the iPhone 6S comes with a seemingly fast Wi-Fi. Expected speeds faster than Note5. But again ground breaking speeds sound good on paper, do we at all get them in real life?
Improved GPU with iOS. Bread & Butter combo!
The iPhone6S Plus uses a recent gen. A9 chip which with a radically improved GPU. The iPhone 6 had a phenomenal GPU too, at par with the likes of Snapdragon 805. Hence we have high expectations from this new SoC. With the iOS 9 running on the iPhone 6S Plus we are expecting some phenomenal gaming performance.
Secure on the outside thanks to Ion-X Glass
Unlike the Note5 which uses a Corning Gorilla Glass 4, the Apple iPhone 6S Plus uses a Ion-X Glass. This isn't Sapphire Glass though. Instead it's an all new glass which Apple claims is the strongest out there.
Improved Siri Integration
The Cupertino giant has done enough to integrate the Siri into most of its apps, thereby making user experience a breeze. The Google Now on the Note5 doesn't help out as much as the Siri does in this case. But do users at all use Intelligent Voice Commands for their daily task?
Safety comes fast
Apple has always payed attention to safety and security of users data and that no exception with the iPhone 6S Plus. With Samsung Note5 receiving the Android M update the scenario may turn out to be different though, but presently Apple is the king.
iOS 9 is the icing on the cake!
The all new iPhone ship with iOS 9 on the top. The latest iteration of the iOS packs in a no of useful features thereby making the iPhone 6S Plus on of the best flagships out there.
