5 Leaked Features of YU YU5200: The YU Yureka Plus successor in the making!
Micromax sub-brand Yu Yureka Plus sales has been severely dented by the launch of the LeTv Le 1S and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 smartphone. Well, it seems that YU has noticed the fate of its budget phablet and is already prepping up to launch its successor in India.
Recently Yu imported a new budget 6-inch phablet with a model number Yu YU6000 to India, but now it seems that it isn't the only device down the pipeline.

Zuaba import listing reveal that 200 units of a mysterious Yu YU5200 smartphone has entered Indian shores a few weeks back. The units originating from China thereby signifying that the alleged Yu smartphone is surely not 'Made in India'.
Incidentally this new Yu smartphone isn't quite the phablet that got leaked a week back. Instead it boasts of a much smaller real estate. Well, the differences can be seen in the internals too. So without further ado, let's dig deep and find out more about the alleged device.
If the recent GFX Bench listing are believed to be true the mid-range YU smartphone features a 5.2 inch Full HD IPS display upfront. This is quite different from the 5.5-inch display of the existing Yu Yureka Plus smartphone. Under the hood the smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC - same as the one seen in the Yu Yureka Plus. This is clubbed with a Adreno 405 GPU. Unlike the YU Yureka Plus, the all new variant that got leaked packs 3GB of RAM on the inside. Apparently 3GB is the new benchmark in 10K budget phablet markets thanks to the launch of the LeEco Le 1S and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. Just for comparision the existing Yu Yureka Plus features only 2GB of RAM. As compared to the Yu YU6000 smartphone with 13MP and 8MP camera combos that got leaked earlier this week, the Yu YU5200 features 13MP and 5MP modules. This is similar to the one seen in the existing Yu Yureka Plus. Just to recall the budget phablet from the makers of Micromax had a capable camera on the rear which was capable of shooting 1080p videos. The Yu YU5200 smartphone is tipped to run on a CyanogenMod flavoured build on Android Lollipop 5.1. Yu is however expect to roll out the Android Marshmallow update onto its devices soon after launch. As per the Zauba import listing the Yu YU5200 comes with a Dual SIM slot with support for 4G LTE networks. According to the import listing the Yu Yureka Plus successor namely Yu YU5200 is priced at Rs 9,036 respectively. However its worth noting that this price is exclusive of customs duty and logistics charges. So do expect Yu to bump up the price of the smartphone ever so slightly and place it head-on with the LeEco Le 1S and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3.YU YU5200 #1
