Acer Super ZX and ZX Pro Smartphones Launching in India Today at 12 PM via Amazon
Acer is officially entering the Indian smartphone market today with the launch of two new devices—the Super ZX and Super ZX Pro. The launch event is scheduled for 12 PM IST on Amazon India, following a delay from its earlier planned debut on March 25.

Acer Returns Through Indkal Partnership
While Acer is a well-known name in laptops and monitors, smartphones are relatively new territory in India. These new models are launching under a partnership with Indkal Technologies, which will handle design, manufacturing, and distribution specifically for the Indian market.
Limited Teasers, No Confirmed Specs
So far, the company hasn’t revealed any detailed specifications. The Amazon teaser shows a large camera module and the phrase “The Next Horizon,” but offers little else. Whether that points to advanced imaging, a new software experience, or something entirely different is still unclear.
Mid-to-Premium Price Range Expected
Indkal previously mentioned that Acer smartphones would be priced between ₹15,000 and ₹50,000. That puts them in a space filled with strong competition from Xiaomi, Samsung, and OnePlus. In such a crowded segment, Acer’s success will likely depend on more than just brand name—user experience, reliability, and after-sales service will play a big role.
Available via Amazon India
The phones will be sold via Amazon India. Full specifications, variant details, and pricing are expected to be revealed when the listings go live post-launch. Until then, most of what Acer plans to offer remains speculation.
