Ai+ Nova Flip 5G Affordable Foldable Now Available for Purchase in India: Check Price and Specifications

After a month of waiting, the Ai+ Nova Flip 5G is available for purchase in India. To recall, the + NovaFlip 5G was first teased in December 2025 as the first flip smartphone from Ai+ and is finally on sale in India.

The Ai+ Nova Flip 5G debuted last month as an affordable flip smartphone with a strikingly similar design and spec sheet as the Nubia Flip 2. The Nova Flip 5G arrives with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chipset, a 50MP primary camera and 32MP selfie camera, and two AMOLED displays.

The Ai+ Nova Flip 5G price in India is set at Rs 29,999 for the sole 8GB/256GB model. Ai+ has confirmed that the pricing is part of an introductory launch offer. The handset is available for purchase exclusively through Flipkart. The Ai+ Nova Flip is available in a single Glacier White shade.

Ai+ Nova Flip 5G Specifications

The Ai+ Nova Flip 5G uses a clamshell form factor with a thickness of 7.2mm when unfolded and a weight of 193 grams. The outer panel resembles the Nubia Flip 2, including a circular cover display, dual-camera ring and LED flash. The design focuses on a familiar compact foldable layout while keeping the frame slim and relatively light.

On the inside, the Ai+ Nova Flip 5G offers a 6.9-inch AMOLED main screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 443 PPI density. Peak brightness reaches 1,200 nits for better outdoor visibility. The outer 3-inch OLED display has a 480 x 480 pixel resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, and up to 900 nits brightness for quick glances and controls.

Powering the Ai+ Nova Flip 5G is MediaTek's 4nm Dimensity 7300X chipset, designed for foldable devices. It shares many traits with the Dimensity 7300, including an octa-core CPU based on ARM Cortex-A78 cores. The phone ships with up to 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage, targeting mid-range performance needs.

The Ai+ Nova Flip 5G runs nxtQ OS, which is based on Android 16, straight out of the box. A 4,325mAh battery handles power needs, with company material claiming full-day use on a single charge. Charging is rated at 33W. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC and a USB 2.0 Type-C port.

Camera hardware on the Ai+ Nova Flip 5G includes a 50 MP main rear sensor paired with a 2 MP secondary lens. On the front, a 32 MP camera sits inside a hole-punch cutout in the main display. Security is managed through a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, providing quick access while keeping the foldable frame clean.
