AI+ Nova 5G and Pulse Launching Today in India: Check Price, Specs, Live Stream Details
The smartphone market in India is seeing a new entrant make its debut today. AI+, a tech brand under NxtQuantum Shift Technologies—founded by former Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth—is set to officially launch its first two smartphones, the AI+ Nova 5G and AI+ Pulse, at a virtual event streaming live at 12:30 PM IST on the company’s YouTube channel.
With a budget-first approach and a focus on locally integrated AI, AI+ is positioning itself as a “Make in India” alternative with a digital-first sales strategy via Flipkart and Shopsy.

Where and When to Watch the Launch
The AI+ product unveiling will be livestreamed on YouTube at 12:30 PM IST. The devices will be sold through Flipkart, Flipkart Minutes, and Shopsy, with sale pages already live on these platforms.
Entry-Level Price
AI+ has confirmed a starting price of ₹5,000 for both the Nova 5G and Pulse smartphones. While final configurations and pricing tiers remain to be announced during the event, this entry-level price point signals a clear focus on affordability, especially for first-time smartphone users or those upgrading from basic handsets.
Despite the budget pricing, both phones are said to offer 50MP dual rear cameras, 5,000mAh batteries, and up to 1TB of expandable storage.
AI+ Nova 5G: 5G on a Budget with Unisoc T8200
According to leaks, the Nova 5G will run on the 6nm Unisoc T8200 chipset, which supports 5G connectivity and could give the phone an edge in the affordable 5G space. AI+ has also teased its NxtQuantum OS, an Android-based operating system that integrates AI features trained on local datasets—although how well this will translate into real-world utility remains to be seen.
The Nova 5G is expected to be available in five color options—Black, Blue, Green, Pink, and Purple—and will also include core features like dual SIM support, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner (based on teasers), and a likely HD+ display.
AI+ Pulse: 4G Model, Same Design Language
The Pulse, expected to be a 4G variant, is rumored to be powered by a 12nm Unisoc T7250 chipset. While it shares the same 50MP rear camera setup and 5,000mAh battery with its 5G sibling, it may trade off some performance for a lower cost.
Like the Nova, the Pulse will also run NxtQuantum OS and come in multiple color variants. It’s positioned as a go-to option for users who don’t yet need 5G but want a clean Android experience with extended battery life.
Security and Data Storage: All Local
AI+ is leaning into its India-first approach with claims that all its devices are designed and manufactured in India, and user data will be stored on Google Cloud servers located within the country—compliant with MeitY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) standards.
