Alleged Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE Leak Reveals 50MP Main Camera, 120Hz Display, and 25W Charging

We already know that Samsung is expected to launch the Fan Edition (FE) for the first time in its foldable lineup, which was previously reserved for its S series smartphones. Dubbed the Galaxy Z Flip FE, the smartphone is rumoured to arrive alongside the Galaxy Z Fold7 and the Galaxy Z Flip7.

Last month, analyst Ross Young revealed the Galaxy Z Flip FE will use the same display panel used in the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Now, the tipster PandaFlash has shared a few more details about the upcoming Flip phone. Here's what the new leak suggests.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE New Leak

While the tipster doesn't reveal the name of the device, it is expected to be the Z Flip FE. According to the leak, the Galaxy Z Flip FE will have the same ultra-thin glass (UTG) and hinge mechanism as the Galaxy Z Flip 6.

The Galaxy Z Flip FE is also expected to feature a 120Hz display with a peak brightness of up to 2600 nits; however, the test brightness is around 1900 nits, says the tipster. For imaging, it's tipped to come with a 50MP main camera.

Moreover, the Galaxy Z Flip FE is expected to sport an Armor Aluminum Frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. It might use an Exynos processor and support 25W charging speed.

While the leak doesn't mention the name of the processor, the previous leak claimed that the phone will be powered by the in-house Exynos 2400 processor paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Other features of the Galaxy Z Flip FE will likely include a flat-frame design and Wi-Fi 6E support. As far as the launch is concerned, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE is rumoured to arrive sometime in July alongside other two foldable phones.
