Android 15 Beta Now Available for OnePlus Smartphones: Check if Yours Is on the List

Just a few days ago, Google unveiled the 2nd public beta of Android 15 with new features and capabilities at its I/O developer conference 2024, which is now available for over 25 smartphones, including the OnePlus 12 and the OnePlus Open, the company's latest flagship and foldable flagship smartphones.

OnePlus is currently one of the first smartphone brands to offer Android 15 beta to a foldable smartphone in India. However, do note that, the beta build available for the OnePlus 12 and the OnePlus Open is based on the Android 15 beta 1 and not the latest beta 2.

If you are an Android enthusiast, and own either of these devices, you can test the upcoming version of Android is before everyone else. However, do note that, this is a beta build and is known to have several bugs and glitches, hence, installing it on a primary device might not be a wise choice.

If you happen to have decided to install the same, head over to the company's official website to download the ROM and manually flash it on your smartphone. Do note that, as this is an early build, it might not have all the features that you come to expect from an OnePlus smartphone.

On top of that, the company has mentioned some of the known issues on the Android 15 build for the OnePlus 12 and the OnePlus Open, which includes compatibility issue with some Bluetooth devices, broken smart lock function, compatibility issue with some third party apps, issues related to camera, and more.
