Apple has introduced new security labels and even QR codes that aren't visible in conventional or natural light. These labels and QR codes can be read only under UV light.

A UV light can be easily purchased only. By flashing the light on the back of any Apple iPhone 15's retail box, buyers can verify if they are getting a genuine or authentic retail box.

These new labels are visible on the back of the retail box in the upper right and lower right corners. It is not immediately clear if the QR codes lead buyers to any Apple website if they scan them.

The new security measure is obviously in addition to the conventional or traditional methods such as the "Genuine" sticker, Apple-branded stickers, as well as the wrapping.
