Apple iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max Launched in India With 48MP Fusion Camera: Check Price and Specs

The iPhone 16 Pro and the 16 Pro Max were launched at Apple's 'It's Glowtime' launch event. Both the Pro models feature the fastest A18 Pro chip, Apple Intelligence, larger batteries and a new 48MP Fusion Camera with a 2nd generation quad-pixel sensor. Apple iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max Specifications

In terms of features, both the iPhone 16 Pro and the iPhone 16 Pro Max come with 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR OLED displays, respectively. They support a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2,000nits peak brightness.

Running iOS 18, both Pro models are powered by the A18 Pro chip, and the CPU delivers a 15% speed increase and is 20% more power-efficient compared to the A17 Pro. For imaging, there is a triple rear camera setup including a 48MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 12MP tetraprism telephoto camera that is capable of 5x optical zoom.

Both models can shoot 4K at 120 frames per second and Apple has also included a Capture button for these models. Other features include wireless charging and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It is worth mentioning users can experience all Apple Intelligence features with the iOS 18.1 update.

Apple iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max Price in India

Both the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max come in black titanium, natural titanium, white titanium, and desert titanium, in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage capacities. The iPhone 16 Pro starts at Rs 1,19,900, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max starts at Rs 1,44,900. Both the iPhone 16 Pro and the iPhone 16 Pro Max will go for pre-booking on September 13, while the sale will begin on September 20.
