Last week, we came across a Copper Gold color variant of the alleged iPhone 8. The picture was posted by Twitter user Benjamin Geskin, who also leaked dummy units of the handset in different color variants such as Copper, Silver and Black.
Now, a post on Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo is suggesting that the iPhone 8 model in Copper Gold will be referred as "Blush Gold". Besides this, the post also mentions that the Blush Gold version of the phone will only be available with 64GB and 128GB of default storage space on-board. Interestingly, the Weibo post has been discovered by the same tipster.
According to him, the Blush Gold name is used internally at Foxconn to denote this particular shade for the device. If you remember, KGI Security's analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claimed that Apple iPhone 8 will be offered in three color options; Black, White and the controversial Copper Gold.
There are some reports hinting towards the possibility of Blush Gold color taking over the current favorite Rose Gold. So the iPhone 8 is likely to debut in a Blush Gold paint job.
Continuing on the design aspect, the iPhone 8 is said to arrive with a nearly bezel-less design that bears a striking resemblance to the Android biggies such as the LG G6 and Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+. Rumors have it, the smartphone will feature a dual camera setup and a fingerprint scanner at the back. The front of the device will hold the selfie camera believed to be equipped with face recognition technology.
Of course, all these speculations come from unverified sources. So you better take the information lightly. In any case, if not delayed, we will get to see the unveiling of the iPhone 8, along with iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus in a month.
