Apple to Launch Cheaper Version of iPhone on Sept 9? [Report]

As we all know, that the Cupertino giant Apple is hosting an event on September 9 to unviel the next gen Apple TV, iPhone 6 variants and iPads as well.

Now the recent rumour is that the Apple is planning to come with cheaper version of, the successor of iPhone 5c codenamed iPhone 6c by a popular leakster @evleaks. As per the leak, this device will come with premium metal body and prepped for release some time in the first half of next year.

In Twitter, Evan Blass tweeted, "Sounds like iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, and 6c will all arrive concurrently." Morevoer, Mr Blass has a pretty good track record of being right, so we are inclined to believe this leak.

According to the leak, this cheaper version will come with increased 1715mAh battery, while the iPhone 5c packed 1500 mAh, FinFET technology based chipset or TSMC's 16nm one which is not borrowed from the iPhone 6, which runs of a 20nm A8 chip, 4-inch display.

However, we should take this leak with a grain of salt and wait for handset to be unveiled on the September fall event scheduled on September 9.
