Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra Launch Date Confirmed for March 14: Full Specifications Leaked
Asus recently confirmed the launch date for its second flagship smartphone of 2024. After unveiling the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro last month, it is now preparing for the launch of the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra.
Asus has already set up an official website for the Zenfone 11 Ultra, while accompanying it with a post on X (formerly Twitter). The official launch page for the Zenfone 11 Ultra also gives us insights into some of the phone's specifications.

Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra Launch Date
The Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra launch date is set for March 14, 2024, at 08:00 pm Taipei time or 01:00 pm CET or 08:00 am ET. As of now, there is no word on the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra's launch in India as the company has traditionally omitted the Zenfone series from the Indian market.
Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra: What we know so far!
The first and most noticeable difference is that the Zenfone 11 Ultra will feature a large form factor, unlike the company Zenfone 10. This also suggests a vanilla version of the Zenfone 11 could be unveiled later this year. Moreover, the Zenfone 11 Ultra also appears to feature a similar box-shaped design as the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro.
The website also confirms that the Zenfone 11 Ultra's camera features, including a Hyper-Steady mode and a new Portrait video mode. Lastly, it will also offer "long lasting battery" life. A recent report by GSMArena also showcases what appear to be official specifications of the Zenfone 11 Ultra.
Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra Specifications (Expected)
According to the report, the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which shouldn't come as a surprise. The chip will be paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The Zenfone 11 Ultra is also expected to feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ LTPO AMOLED panel by Samsung with an adaptive 120Hz or 144Hz refresh rate. The handset will pack a 5,500 mAh battery with 65W HyperCharge support and 15W wireless fast charging support.
For optics, the camera setup appears to be similar to that of the ROG Phone 8 Pro. With the Zenfone 11 Ultra opting for a 50 MP Sony IMX890 primary sensor with gimbal OIS, a 13 MP ultrawide lens, and a 32 MP telephoto unit with OIS and 3x optical zoom. UP front, the phone will reportedly feature a 32 MP RGBW selfie camera sensor.
Asus's upcoming flagship will feature dual stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack optimized with Dirac. Moreover, the Zenfone 11 Ultra will be offered in Eternal Black, Skyline Blue, Misty Gray, Verdure Green, and Desert Sienna color options.
