    Asus showcased the Zenfone Go at its recently held ZenFestival in India, but did not reveal its price and availability details. The phone however seems be coming sooner, considering that it has been spotted on Flipkart as an ‘Out of Stock' product.

    The Asus Zenfone Go is the company's budget smartphone offering in its Zenfone line-up. In terms of specifications, the phone features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution. Under the hood, there is a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6580 quad-core processor married with 2GB of RAM to ensure smooth performance of the device. As for internal storage space, it offers 16GB of inbuilt memory that can be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card.

    For the camera lovers, the smartphone has an 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel front facing camera for clicking selfies. Connectivity options in the phone include of dual-SIM support with 3G network on SIM1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. The software is flavoured with Android 5.1 Lollipop-based Asus's ZenUI skin. It comes with equipped with a 2,070mAh battery.

    Asus has not confirmed the launch or price of the Zenfone Go budget smartphone in India, but with this accidental listing, it seems like the phone will be launched very soon.
