Blackphone 2 with 5.5-inch Display, 3GB RAM is Now Up for Pre-Order
Silent Circle's privacy centric smartphone dubbed as Blackphone 2, which was announced earlier this year at MWC 2015 is now up for the pre-order on their official website. Basically, this device comes with tighter security and updated specs to suite the current market.
Moreover, the Blackphone 2 is packed with 5.5-inch full-HD display, 64-bit Octa-Core processor, 3GB RAM under the hood, microSD card slot, 4G connectivity and powered by a 3060mAh battery. Also, the company has renamed it PrivatOS to SilentOS.

With this device, users can securely make calls, send text messages in encrypted format, store files securely and can browse the web through unknown VP. Further, the company has collaborated with Google for the Android program.
As of now, there is no price mentioned on the pre-order site, meanwhile the company has suggested the device will carry a price of around $629 (approx Rs. 41,347).
