ColorOS 16 February Monthly Update Live in India: Check New Features, Rollout Timeline, and Eligible Devices

OPPO has begun rolling out its February 2026 monthly ColorOS 16 update in India. The company has shared both the rollout window and a summary of what this update brings, with the focus squarely on camera tools, AI features, and a few everyday usability improvements rather than any major interface overhaul.

The update is already live for select users and will continue rolling out in phases through the rest of the month.

Rollout Timeline

According to OPPO, the February ColorOS 16 update started rolling out on February 6 and is scheduled to reach all eligible devices by February 28, 2026. As with most monthly updates, the rollout is staged, so availability may vary depending on the device and region.

What’s New In The February ColorOS 16 Update

One of the key additions in this release is the Popout feature, which first debuted with the Reno 15 series. It allows users to combine multiple images into a single composition, with the main subject appearing to step outside the frame for a layered, 3D-style effect.

The update also adds a PowerPoint translation feature. This tool lets users translate presentations into different languages while preserving the original formatting. OPPO says users can view the original and translated text side by side and export the translated file once finished.

Several AI-powered photo tools have also been refined. The AI Eraser now delivers cleaner object removal with fewer visible artifacts, while Remove Reflections has been improved to better handle glare in document photos and portraits, including images of people wearing glasses.

Beyond camera features, OPPO says it has improved the speed of adding files and images to Private Safe, making secure storage quicker to access during daily use.
