With the increasing popularity of the Chinese smartphones in the Indian market, Comio, a new brand from Chinese ODM Topwise has launched three smartphones in India.
Comio P1, S1, and C1 are the budget smartphones launched today in the sub-Rs. 10,000 price bracket. The top end model among the three is the Comio P1 and it is priced at Rs. 9,999. The Comio S1 is priced at Rs. 8,999 and the C1 is priced at Rs. 5,999. The company says that these three smartphones will be available via the company's 10,000 retail partner channels across the country.
Interestingly, all the three Comio smartphones run on Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box and support 4G VoLTE connectivity as well. These smartphones come with the Freezer and Clone applications. The Freezer app lets you use as many apps as possible without any space constraints while the Clone app ensures that all the data on your device is backed up at all times and also lets easy transfer of data from one device to another.

The Comio C1 is a budget smartphone priced at Rs. 5,999. It comes with a 5-inch HD 720p display and makes use of a 1.3GHz quad-core 64-bit MediaTek processor under its hood. The imaging aspects include an 8MP main camera with LED flash and a 5MP selfie snapper. The device gets the power from a 2700mAh battery.
The Comio S1 priced at Rs. 8,999 bestows a 5.2-inch HD 720p display. Under its hood, there is a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage space, which can be expanded up to 128GB with the help of a microSD card. The smartphone flaunts a 13MP main camera with LED flash and an 8MP selfie snapper. This smartphone has a fingerprint sensor and uses a 2700mAh battery as in the Comio C1.
Being high-end model among the three, the Comio P1 is priced at Rs. 9,999. The device sports a larger 5.5-inch HD 720p display and uses the same processor as the other two models. There is 3GB RAM and 32GB storage space that can be expanded up to 128GB. The imaging aspects include a 13MP main camera with LED flash and an 8MP front-facer. The other goodies on board include a fingerprint sensor and a monstrous 5000mAh battery that is claimed to render up to 24 hours of talk time and up to 30 days of standby time.
