Cool 1 Smartphone with 5.5-inch Display, Dual Camera Goes on Pre-order at Rs 11,000

A few days back, LeEco and Coolpad jointly announced its first smartphone under the Cool series, namely Cool 1. This smartphone comes with a dual camera setup that offers depth sensing and realistic bokeh effect.

The Cool 1 smartphone is now available for pre-order on the Coolpad website, LeMall, and, and will go on sale on August 24.

Talking about the specifications, the Cool 1 smartphone comes with unibody metal smartphone and sports a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS in-cell display with 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm
Snapdragon 652 SoC with Adreno 510 GPU under the hood.

In terms of storage, the Cool 1 comes in two variants 3GB/4GB LPDDR3 RAM, 32GB/64GB ROM with no expansion slots. This dual SIM smartphone is shipped with Android 6.0 Marshmallow based on EUI 5.6 out of the box.

Further, this smartphone has 13MP dual camera setup with dual tone LED flash, 4K video recording, PDAF and 8MP front camera with 80-degree wide angle lens on board.

This joint venture smartphone supports connectivity options such as 4G with VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz),Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, USB Type C. Under the hood, it is powered by a huge 4060mAh battery.

Coming in Gold, Silver, and Rose Gold this smartphone is priced at 1099 Yuan (approx Rs. 11,000) for 3GB RAM and 1499 Yuan (approx Rs. 15, 216). Meanwhile, there is no information about the availability of Indian market as of now. We are expecting more information in the upcoming days.
