Next-Gen Samsung Galaxy A5 passes Bluetooth SIG certification

A week after a Samsung smartphone showed up on Zauba, a website which tracks India's export and import, has received Bluetooth certification from the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG).

The new smartphone is alleged to be the successor to last year's Galaxy A5 smartphone has received the Bluetooth SIG certification. The device holds the model number SM - 510F. The Samsung Galaxy A5 on the contrary carries the model number SM - A500.

It is rumored that the successor to Samsung's A5, the SM-510F will have a 5.2-inch display, in comparison with the A5's 5.0 inch screen. However, the certification reveals that the device will support a 4.1 bersion of Bluetooth or a Bluetooth 4.1.
