Galaxy AI Is Now Available on More Samsung Phones Than Ever: Check if Your Device Is Eligible

Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 6.1 update to its old flagship models including the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy Z Flip4, and more.

With the latest software update, these devices will get Circle to Search with Google, Chat Assist, Note Assist, Transcript Assist, Live Translate, Browsing Assist, Generative Edit, AI-Generated Wallpaper, and Edit Suggestion. Check out the list of Samsung devices that are getting One UI 6.1.

People who are in Europe and own any of these mentioned devices can now check for the new update by heading over to Settings » Software update and can download the latest update. Notably, the update is now available in select European countries. We expect Samsung will soon be rolling out the same for other regions.

Moreover, the One UI 6.1 update doesn't bring all the AI features to these models as the Samsung Galaxy S24 series. The Galaxy S21 Series, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Galaxy Z Flip 3 are said to get access only to the Circle to Search with Google and Chat Assist features.

In the same, Samsung has also released the May 2024 security update to the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra. The update is sized at around 300MB for the Galaxy S24 and over 400MB for both the Galaxy S24+ and the Galaxy S24 Ultra; however, it doesn't bring any new upgrades. Also, the update is now rolling out in the European countries.
