Samsung Galaxy Forever Program Launched in India

Samsung has launched a new ownership program in India called Galaxy Forever, and it changes how you can buy its flagship phones.

The program is available for the Galaxy S26 Ultra and Galaxy S26 Plus, and instead of paying the full price upfront, it gives you a more flexible way to own the device for a year and then decide what to do next.

Pay Half First, Then Choose

The structure is fairly straightforward.

You pay 50% of the phone’s price through 12 no-cost EMIs. After one year, you get three choices:

Return the device
Keep it and pay the remaining 50%
Upgrade to a newer Galaxy flagship

It’s essentially a “use it for a year, then decide” model, which feels closer to a subscription-style approach than a traditional purchase.

Monthly Cost Breakdown

Samsung has shared how the monthly payments work out.

For the Galaxy S26 Ultra (starting at ₹1,39,999), the total monthly outflow comes to ₹6,583.21. This includes both the device EMI and a fixed program fee of ₹749.92.

For the Galaxy S26 Plus (starting at ₹1,19,999), the monthly payment is ₹5,749.88, again including the same program fee.

So while you’re paying only half the device cost initially, there’s still a fixed monthly fee attached to the program.

Built-In Protection Included

Galaxy Forever also bundles Samsung Care+ for 13 months.

This includes accidental and liquid damage protection with zero deductibles, which means you’re covered for common issues during that one-year period without additional charges.

The program is available on Samsung’s official website and across more than 1,500 Samsung Experience Stores in India.

You can opt for it using a credit card with no-cost EMI or through Samsung Finance+, which is designed to make financing easier with minimal documentation.
