Gionee GN9010 with 5.5 inch HD display and 6.9 mm thin profile passes TENAA
After the Gionee GN5001 which spotted in TENAA earlier in the day, there's yet another device from the Chinese OEM passing through the Chinese Telecom Certification. Dubbed the GN9010 according to the TENAA listing the device appears to be the bigger brother of the GN5001.
The Chinese OEM also launched their first Made in India device today in the form of the Gionee F103.

The GN9010 that was spotted in TENAA today apparently appears to come of an S series lineage. It touts a 6.9mm thin profile much like its compatriots of S series namely S.5.1, S7 etc.
On the front of the device is a 5.5 inch HD (1280x720) display along with an 8MP front camera up top. The GN9010 is powered by an alleged octa core MediaTek chip, which apparently seems like the MT6752.
This coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. Gionee has also provided option for memory expansion via MicroSD card slots.
There is a 13MP Auto Focus camera on the back with a dual LED flash. It has support for Full HD (1080p) video recording. The battery powering the device is however unknown. Considering the thinness of the device, you can expect a battery of 2600mAh at max.

Gionee GN9010 comes with a support of TD-LTE and FDD-LTE along with the regular set of WiFi, Bluetooth, A-GPS and microUSB 2.0. The alleged device will run on Android Lollipop 5.1 with the company's own Amigo UI on top.
It is expected that the company will be launching the device soon in China alongside the budget GN5001. Going by the company strategy you can expect the duo to launched in India soon after.
