Towards the end of October, Gionee had begun teasing its upcoming Elife S6 smartphone. At the time, Gionee had set November 16 for its release. Gionee has gone ahead to continue its Teaser campaign even as today there were some new releases to its Elfe S6 teaser. The announcement for the Elife S6 is slated for a November 16 release. The teaser seems to indicate that the device is a metal device and available in gold colour. A copy of the Teaser image is with PhoneRadar.

The teaser images show that the Elife S6 could actually be the phone model number GN9010. A Gionee device was spotted on the TENAA listing and seems identical to the one in the teaser the company released recently.

If the GN9010 spotted in TENAA and the Elife S6 are one and the same, then expect to see a 5.5-inch 720p AMOLED touchscreen, a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash, a 5 MP selfie shooter, a 1.3 GHz octa-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, 4G LTE, and a 3,150 mAh battery. It is likely to run a Android 5.1 Lollipop. The dimensions are 151.9 x 74.6 x 6.9 mm, and it weighs 145.2g.

The GN900 seems identical to the Elife S Plus that was officially launched in India a few days ago, except the design and the RAM. It is likely that some of the phones could be customised accordingly. The Elife S Plus has 3GB of RAM and not similar to the ones released in the new teaser from Gionee
