Google Pixel 9 and 9 Pro XL Pre-booking Live: Check India Price, Offers, and Sale Date

At the Made by Google event in Mountain View, California, Google unveiled the Pixel 9 series smartphones along with the Pixel Watch 3 and the Pixel Buds Pro 2. Now, the Pixel 9 and the Pixel 9 Pro XL are up for pre-booking in India, while the Pixel 9 Pro and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold will be available for pre-order starting August 28.

The sale for the Pixel 9 and the 9 Pro XL has been set for August 22. The handsets can also be purchased via Croma and Reliance Digital. Moreover, the Pixel 9 series devices will be available for purchase via two new Walk-in Centres in the country that will be opened on August 15 in Bengaluru and Delhi.

Google Pixel 9 Series Price and Sale Offers in India

The high-end Pixel 9 Pro Fold will cost you Rs 1,72,999 for the sole 16GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The standard Pixel 9 comes with a price tag of Rs 79,999 for the sole 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, while the 16GB/256GB model of the Pixel 9 Pro and the 9 Pro XL are priced at Rs 1,09,999 and Rs. 1,24,999, respectively.

Customers pre-ordering the Pixel 9 can avail of a discount of Rs 4,000 on ICICI Bank credit cards and EMI transactions, while a discount of Rs 10,000 is applicable on the Pixel 9 Pro XL. In addition, buyers can get Pixel Buds Pro earbuds at a discounted price of Rs 7,999.

Pixel 9 and the Pixel 9 Pro XL Features

The Pixel 9 Pro XL comes with a 6.8-inch Super Actua OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits and the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

On the other hand, the standard Pixel 9 has a 6.3-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2,700 nits.

For optics, the Pixel 9 Pro XL opts for a triple camera system consisting of a 50MP main sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide lens, and a 48MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. Upfront, it has a 42MP selfie camera with a 103-degree field of view.

The standard Pixel 9 offers a 50MP Samsung GNK sensor with OIS support and a 48MP ultrawide lens with a 123° FOV. Up front, the Pixel 9 opts for the same 10.5MP selfie camera. However, both devices are powered by the Tensor G4 chipset and are confirmed to get seven years of software and security updates.
