Great News for OPPO Smartphone Users, You Can Now Repair Your Phone Outside India
OPPO has introduced a novel service providing cross-country warranty for specific models bought in India and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nations. This scheme enables OPPO users to enjoy extensive warranty and repair services, along with system upgrades at any of the brand's authorized service centres within these areas.
The cross-country warranty service covers a range of OPPO models, including the A3x, A3, A3 Pro 5G, Reno12 series, and F27Pro+ 5G etc and is available to customers in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and India.

Starting from 31 October, customers owning these OPPO models can bring them to any local authorised service centre in India and the GCC to benefit from free warranty services and system upgrades. To avail of these services, individuals must present the warranty card and purchase receipt at any authorized service centre in the mentioned regions.
Furthermore, OPPO has made provisions for devices that are either out of warranty or not included in this warranty service. Under such circumstances, OPPO permits the replacement of damaged parts like the screen, battery, and mainboard at a fee. The cost for these repairs is set by the local service centres, ensuring customers can still get their devices fixed at reasonable prices.
It's crucial for users to back up their data before submitting their devices for any system upgrades, as there's a risk of data loss during the process. The warranty period for OPPO devices kicks off once the customer activates the E-Warranty card. Charges for services rendered will be in accordance with the policies of the local service centre where the repair or upgrade is undertaken.
This initiative by OPPO India demonstrates the brand's commitment to offering convenient and accessible services to its customers across a broad geographic area, ensuring that their devices remain in optimal condition through authorized support.
